I have been having this problem for over a year now where my computer will sometimes crash randomly and I don't think it's related to gaming since it sometimes crashes when I'm not. As for the frequency it usually happens like 2 times per day or like every 2 months so it's definitely a weird pattern anyways I uploaded my dump file so here it is

Hi, thanks for that information, in that case, is there a chance that you can remove the TP-Link wireless USB adapter reinstall all the drivers related to that, and then check it again? as the error is pointing out a network driver error on the PC.

Not sure if I even have a LAN or WIFI option on my pc since I'm currently using a TP Link wireless USB adapter and 8 other WAN miniports and all of them seem to have the latest driver

Hi Eyas, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, upon analyzing and checking the DMP files, the error you have is NETIO.SYS, this is a Windows Driver framework that is associated with the Network drivers, which allows communicating between hardware and connected device, for us to fix the issue, kindly follow the steps below and I hope that works:

Method 1. Roll back, Network driver.

-Press the Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Network Adapters

-Look for the LAN and Wi-Fi driver

    -Right-click and click "Update Driver"

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver"

-Click "Let me pick drivers available drivers on my computer"

-Choose an old driver or other names of the driver then select it and hit next until it installs.

Note: If the issue persists, please download and install a LAN and Wi-Fi driver from your manufacturer's website and or update the BIOS with the help of the PC manufacturer.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard
