Open the page in question (or MSN main page if it is not about a specific article) using the Microsoft Edge browser
Click on the … icon in the upper right corner to expand the menu
Click on Help and Feedback near the bottom
Click on Send Feedback
Note that if a customer is on a Windows machine, they can navigate directly to the Send Feedback option by pressing ALT-SHIFT-I (the letter i, not number one)
Be specific and concise in the feedback to get the best results
Advise the customer to include a valid email address
If appropriate to the issue being reported, include a screenshot using the option in the feedback tool.
