The printer is a RICOH C3504ex. The driver I've installed for it the PCL6 V4 Driver from the manufacturer's website.
Can't connect to shared printer
Hi,
The computer I'm connecting from is a Windows 11 laptop, while the PC the printer is shared from is a Windows 10.
It says 0x00000004f1 - Windows cannot connect to the printer.
The printer is wired in. Network discovery is on as I can share files from it with users who have access to those folders.
I've tried reinstalling the printer and I've shared printer permissions with everyone.
From a different Windows 10 laptop I can connect to the printer, but not the Windows 11.
Any idea why?
