WHEA-Logger Event ID 3
Reinstalled Windows and started running tests. At first, the OCCT program gave the error WHEA(id 19) due to incorrect RAM overclocking. I started the RAM in XMP mode and the errors disappeared (i.e. the problem was RAM overclocking). But now I permanently get an error with code 3 when starting my PC. And when I noticed this, I looked at all the events from the first day of installing Windows and saw that it constantly appears after starting the system (i.e. when the system boots). It is marked as a Mix-up and does not seem to cause any failures yet, but I cannot identify the cause of these events. The processor is not overclocked, the RAM is native to XMP settings. What could be the matter? I will note right away that I have updated the BIOS of the motherboard to the latest version. My motherboard is MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI DDR5. Processor: Intel Core i7-13700K.

2023-12-10T05:53:48+00:00 There's nothing in there. No suspicious errors or entries. That's the question, because I don't understand why this event occurs. Judging by the OCCT stability tests, there are no other problems.

2023-12-09T17:13:16+00:00 That rawdata translates to a CPER which have a notification type of Boot, altho if you convert it from hex to text you wud see that it mentions something bout Pci Root. Usually this sort of event is useless and hard to decode, try using reliability history and share a pic here of the entire windows
