Visual Basic Command Line Compiler is consuming most of my CPU and Memory.

Recently, Visual Basic Command Line Compiler has been constantly running.

As you can see in the screenshot, my CPU has been staying at 83% or more.

I've even tried ending the task, but it just reappears and starts running again.

It has become nearly impossible to use anything but the most basic of functions on my computer, and even that is becoming more agonizingly slow by the day...

I am out of my depth and have no idea how to fix this situation... How can I solve this?

Your system seems to be infected by a miner. Please run the Farbar Scanner and share the logs here.
