Where are the instructions 'to learn' whether my pc is 'discoverable.'
And then, how to know which of the 'Nearby Devices' listed on my phone is my PC.
Thanks

I enabled Bluetooth on my flip-phone, and it found 'Nearby Devices,' but what are all the numbers for each 'found' device, and which one is my win 10 PC tower -the device I want to pair to?
Thanks

Hi there, I am John J.D., a fellow Microsoft user like you.
I understand your frustration. To pair your flip phone with your Windows 10 PC tower, first, check your PC's Bluetooth settings. Make sure it's discoverable, and note the device name in your PC settings. On your flip phone, when you see 'Nearby Devices,' match the name with your PC to ensure you're pairing with the correct one.
Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions or concerns.

It would be helpful to take a closer look.
Could you please share a screenshot of your Device Manager with all categories expanded?
I have looked at 'Device Manager' closed, and with every item opened or expanded.
'Bluetooth' does not appear as the title of any device, or under anywhere under expanded categories.
What next?
Thank you for getting back to me.
It would be helpful if you could share screenshots of your Device Manager on your Windows 10 PC. Please expand the Bluetooth section and include the device name in the screenshot.
Additionally, could you provide screenshots of your phone's Bluetooth settings? Include the entire list of available devices, and if possible, also show the connections listed under "Rarely used devices."
Here's the instructions to upload screenshot in your next response: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/feedback/fo...
This way, I can better assist you in identifying your PC and troubleshooting the Bluetooth pairing.
