I'm glad to hear that the problem was fixed. Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
Computer suddenly running slow
My computer was running fine until a month ago. I turned on my computer as usual but I notice that it was slow and choppy, when I logged into the computer, it was significantly slower and I couldn’t even do gaming on it anymore. I also have a 144hz monitor, but the frame rate dropped and 64hz became the only option in the settings. I’ve tried different solutions I found online but the issue remained unsolved.

2023-12-26T06:07:22+00:00 Hi,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
It could be a driver problem. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the full model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?
Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Run
2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok
And a screenshot of the version of the graphics driver installed:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager
2-Click to expand the Display adapters
3-Right-click on the graphics driver and click on properties
4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab
You can see at this link how to include a screenshot in your post.
