Troubleshooting multiple BSOD

Hi, I've had multiple bluescreens with varying messages, most commonly the "faulty hardware corrupted" one.
This is on a windows 10 pc with mostly new parts:

AMD Ryzen 7 7700

Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE CPU Cooler

ASRock B650 PG Lightning ATX AM5 Motherboard

Kingston FURY Beast 32gb (2x16) DDR5-5600 CL36 Memory

SeaSonic FOCUS PLUS 850 Gold 80+ ATX Power Supply

MSI Mech 2x Radeon RX 6750XT 12 GB

Once it was built, I've ran various stress tests on the cpu and ram, all with no errors for a few hours. I didn't run stress tests on the gpu since I've used it on my older pc with no issues for several months. So I decided to do some overclocking on the cpu and ram, and then stress tested for a few hours, still with no errors.

After using the computer for about a day or two, I got a BSOD. So I lowered some of the overclocking settings, and continued to use my pc normally, when I would receive another BSOD after about another day or so. I'd tweak some BIOS settings again and continue use. This would continue for about two weeks where crashes would happen after about a day during regular light use such as browsing, or when the computer is idle, and I'd come back to realize it crashed as I was eating dinner or something. Sometimes, the crash would make my pc unable to POST, which would fix itself after I reseated the ram (pc still wouldn't post if I tried changing ram positions). As of now, the pc works fine for about a day, but will seem to inevitably crash after a period of time (BIOS settings are now set to default, no overclocking).

So my question is, how do I know which pc component is faulty (or is the problem something else)? The stress tests are returning no errors, and I've read that my problems can happen as a result of ram, cpu, or motherboard (faulty memory controller). Unfortunately, I don't have compatible spare parts to individually test these components and I think I will likely have to RMA one of them, but I'd rather know for certain which it is before going through the hassle.

    The FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE errors have " MemCompression" as the process that crashed:

    PROCESS_NAME: MemCompression

    That may indicate the issue is with the physical RAM.

    What you could try is to re-seat the RAM.

    If the issue persists try removing one module of RAM and if the issue persists swap the modules.

    Reseating the ram and swapping module slots are things I've already attempted. I can try using one stick at a time in the coming days and see if we can isolate the problem if it's with the ram.
