windows 10 update problem

I formatted my pc two or three days ago and the update works but with this item of updating it still a red sign

2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5033372)

I tried manually to install in my pc but the pc system did not accept to. ( 800 megabytes size)

    Take your rants about Microsoft somewhere else. This is a peer-to-peer forum and Microsoft staff may not even see your post.

    If you don't want to upload it, it's okay. But, no diagnosis can be done without the logs.

    Uninstalling Edge browser is a mistake most people make. It's a primary reason for the rollback of cumulative updates. Reinstall Edge.

    Let me tell you the reason why ?

    sorrowfully none of paid my attention neither here nor anywhere else.

    Lastly I got the reason why updates not installed ?

    I just last night after I published my last reply here, I went to one site ( Arabic language ) to search for a window that is good for my pc because my laptop ( Lenovo E530c ) has low characteristics ( not qualified to install windows 11 )

    You see..... ??

    And because Microsoft company adopted a new policy ( plan) for windows updates , the recent updates cannot install but only in those computes with high properties

    The man publicly said this in his site and told this is a problem with windows 10

    I see it is crime done by the Microsoft company as any crime in the world

    Because not all people can buy laptops of very sophisticated features

    I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I can see here that you're having error installing update. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

    May I know the version or build of Windows that you're running? (Please press Windows key+R and type winver and hit enter)

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Windows Update Troubleshooter

    Windows 10

    Please Click Start menu and choose Settings

    Hit Update and Security then Troubleshoot

    Choose Additional troubleshooters

    And select Windows Update

    Finally, Run the troubleshooter

    1. Reset Windows update services:

    Please click start menu and type cmd, right click on it and choose run with admin

    Kindly copy and paste the command lines below and hit enter:

    net stop wuauserv

    net stop cryptSvc

    net stop bits

    net stop msiserver

    Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

    Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old

    net start wuauserv

    net start cryptSvc

    net start bits

    net start msiserver
