WHEA 17 errors in event log

Had exact same problem

WHEA errors on brand new system, tried everything still happening - Microsoft Community

My devices 12100f intel huananzhi b660 AMD RX 6600

Lot errrors with device

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_460D&SUBSYS_72708086&REV_05

I found problem in device PEG 10 and also find this resolve

This device control FAN stop on graphics card. When I disable PEG 10 device, had black screen. Fan on GPU start to spin simultainiously and Error has gone.

This problem is solved but I whant to share the solution
