I need help

Hi there my Lenovo ideapad has the bad config system error im trying to use the command prompt for the c drive but the BitLocker blocks it so i tried manange-bde and it said volume is locked so wIen i tried to unlock it it said that the parameter is incorrect and it gave errors I'veive also tried to restore and i had system protection on to my restore points and when i try to turn on system protection it says that its only working onlineine operating systems and i use that laptop for everything if somebody could give me a solution that would be very nice

    Hello,

    Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting to the community.

    Do you remember the password or recovery key to the BitLocker-encrypted partition?

    If you do, since you have mentioned that you tried "manage-bde", please check whether you have entered the command correctly.

    To unlock the drive using your password, please enter:

    manage-bde -unlock C: -password
    

    To unlock the C drive using the recovery key, please enter:

    manage-bde -unlock C: -recoverypassword (48-digit key including dashes)
    

    After unlocking, turn BitLocker off so you can access the drive normally:

    manage-bde –off C:
    

    If the error still appears, please provide a screenshot so we can understand your situation.
