Okay, I'll see if that's the cause of the problem as I had two separate BSOD incidents after I first posted. I'll be working on the power outlet this week, and I'll update when I'm finished.

2023-12-04T01:18:34+00:00 Yes, this may be low power quality, bad contact on wall outlet or power cable and so on.
This fault does not affect files reading but may corrupt some data that was recorded during a fault.

2023-12-04T01:00:38+00:00 My PSU is brand new as I replaced it only a few months ago, so I highly doubt that is the issue. Could it be an external issue such as a power outlet? Would that cause a power error to read in the files?

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.
Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supplying. Can you replace power supply unit for checking? It may mean problems with power management in BIOS or motherboard too.
And you may try to turn off all CPU power saving modes in BIOS (different C states) to check if the problem is in motherboard.
