To install windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation” after that I was looking for videos to fix it I found something that I need to press Shift+F10 after I did that nothing happened I saw that my keyboard and mouse is not working. It works in bios but not in the installation can someone help me I don’t know what to do.

HP would have to supply Windows 7 Drivers for your exact model number for Windows 7 to be successfully installed onto your computer.

And Windows 7 does not come for free.

But Microsoft no longer sells 7.

And you can not transfer an OEM Windows 7 license from one computer to another.

Only Retail Licenses can be transferred.

As I have advised you, you COMPUTER MANUFACTURER would have to support and supply Windows 7 drivers for your exact model number machine to install 7 correctly.

Windows 11 was released in October, 2021.

Windows 7 Support ended in Jan, 2020.

Support for 7 ended long before 11 was released, so the chances of your computer manufacturer deciding to supply drivers for an unsupported operating system are virtually non-existent.

Newer PCs come with native USB3. The Win7 install DVD does not have USB drivers and will not recognize your mouse, keyboard or DVD player. In order to install Win7 on such a machine, you need a Win7 install DVD that has USB3 drivers included. There is a process to create such an install DVD, but it is complicated and not widely published

If your HP was supplied with win 11 then by installing win 7 you will have invalidated any HP warranty and the HP HW will not support win7

MS ceased providing win7 updates Jan 2020.

Reset the PC and or remove any other HD
