I have desktop PC amd ryzen 5 with rx 6000.

Everytime I turn on my PC it crashes into blue screen and restarts and the process repeats.

Blue screen shows; stop code, Registry error.

I have tried all the methods (pressing the F8,F9..etc. keys, turn it off on and lot off times) to access winodows recovery mode but none of them work and I can't access windows recovery.

Someone please help, thank you!

    Hi Rustam,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

Please use Windows installation media and try a recovery steps described at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402603...

Note, Step 7 may be faulty unfortunately.

If this will not help, use the same environment to run System Restore and roll back to the date before the problem appeared.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Yes! when I turn it on, If I press f2 I can reach BIOS.

If I don't press anything it goes into blue screen again.

    Thanks!

To reset your PC, go to Start > Settings > System > Recovery. Next to Reset this PC, select Reset PC.

Then, select Keep my files or you can erase the files.

Do NOT choose "fully clean drive" selection.

    Thanks.

WARNING: You will have to reinstall your software/apps.
