How to DISABLE the keyboard arrow keys from moving the cursor

I recently applied the latest Windows 10 Pro patches

Feature update to Windows 10, version 2004
and
OS Builds 19044.3803 and 19045.3803

And installed the latest version of Power Toys

Now it seems keyboard movement via the arrow and number keys is permanently enabled

I tried to disable this via Ease of Access > Mouse > Control your mouse with a keypad ... and found it already disabled

Any ideas how to change this?

It is really of no use as the mouse movement is constrained to a small section of my left monitor

    Hello Kevin,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

Have you tried removing the latest update that caused this issue and checked if this clears the problem.

If not please try doing so via this guide : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how...

No ... as I am not sure yet that it is not a setting problem

    I found the solution

Seems that Logitech installed an update to OPTIONS+ that caused the problem ... I went into Options+ to look to see if there was a setting there that caused the problem and it offered an update ... I did so ... and now the problem is gone

Sorry that I failed to mention that I was using a Logitech mouse
