I am running Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2. Every time I login to this machine I get a message that I need to install .NET Frameworks 3.5. After going ahead with the install process, I get an error message stating "The changes couldn't be completed. Please reboot your computer and try again. Error code: 0x800F0954".

    Hi,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

You have a corporate Windows edition that is unavailable for home users (at least legally) so please ask your company's system administrator for a help.
