Stop Code: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR

I have been running Windows 11 on my Lenovo Yoga 15IRH Laptop. My laptop has a discrete GPU and an external GPU I occasionally use. I have been having issues with the blue screen of death occasionally appearing every couple of days. Nothing seems to bring the issue on. One second, I am using it, and the next second, it crashes due to a stop error. I have done the following things so far with no luck:

  • Run Hardware Troubleshooter
  • Update and Reinstall Graphics Driver
  • Run SFC scan
  • Run DISM
  • Update Windows

Some advice on how to fix this issue would be appreciated!

Hello, I am Mite, an independent advisor and a user like you, here to offer help.

Could you please upload the blue screen analysis report files located at the path C:\Windows\Minidump to a cloud drive? I can use them to identify what the problem might be. And before the blue screen was triggered, what was the program you were running or what operation you were performing?

Sorry, I don't have permission to access the minidump files. Could you please have a check for that?

Sorry I am not comfortable publishing that information online. I have the minidump file opened and ran !analyze -v to get Bugcheck Analysis. What information from the minidump file do you need?

Here is the FAILURE_BUCKET_ID information from the minidump file

I followed this link to help me open the file https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000149411/how-to-read-mini-dump-files
