Microsoft Who Bot not working - using Legacy Operations?

Recently added the Microsoft Who Bot to a Microsoft Teams instance. I can ask it questions like "who is username@keyman .com" and it responds but if I query display names like "who is (firstname) (lastname)" or a handful of other things it responds with errors like: "There seems to be a problem. Please ask me something else while I get to the bottom of this (Error reference: Legacy-Operation-Id-f50ee4d5-b677-4878-a896-f76400411270).
I opened a Microsoft Support case but they said they couldn't help me and directed me here to pose the question.
Has the Microsoft Graph API been changed out from underneath this bot where it is now performing legacy operations? Is this bot still supported/will be updated and fixed, or should it be pulled from the Teams app store/use?
