How do I solve this problem?

Hello there, I'm having a problem where whenever I boot up my pc I encounter something that is trying to open a file. I tried to open the file using microsoft word and Notes softwares and this is what it gives me:

Apparently its somehow related to Visual Studio as I may think at least, and in addition to maybe other stuff you guys know better.
its not doing any damages to my laptop or something. (Laptop is HP) But its becoming a bit annoying every time I boot my pc or sign in into my laptop. If you can help me It would be much appreciated.
