New CPU installed need bitlocker key

I installed a new CPU. i cannot restart the computer without the bitlocker key. The Bitlocker was not saved on the microsoft account. How do get a bitlocker key?

HP Omen gt13 with windows 11 bought it Jan 8 2022.

    Sounds like once triggered it need the recovery key then.

    If the key is not in your account you can only clean install deleting all data on the device to clear the encrypted drive.

    You will need another windows PC to download the Media Creation tool and create a boot USB.

    If you didn't save the recovery key then you cannot unlock the drive. Are you able to refit the previous CPU temporarily? This may allow you to boot and save the 48 numeric character recovery key
