Hello there, I'm Gopal an Independent Advisor. I will try my best to help you.

It's important to have both the Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder services running for audio to function correctly on your Windows computer. If either of these services is not running, you'll encounter audio issues like no sound output or distorted sound.

Please try to restart services and see if that helps

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type "services.msc" and press Enter to open the Services console.

Locate the "Windows Audio", "Windows Audio Endpoint Builder", and "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)" services in the list.

Right-click on each service and select "Restart" from the context menu.

I hope this will help you to sort out the issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you!

    Regards

    Gopal
