Hi Ali. My name is Lester, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.

Please remove all unnecessary external devices connected to your computer and then follow these steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Forcefully shut down your computer twice. This will enter you into the Windows Troubleshooting environment.
    2. Once in the troubleshooting environment, select "Advanced Options."
    3. From the Advanced Options menu, you have several options to try:

Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > Startup Repair

Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > System Restore

Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > Uninstall Recently Installed Updates

Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > Reset This PC (Keep My Files)

Try all these options and check if you can be able to access Windows after that.

I hope this information is helpful. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions. Thank you
