Sleep does Not work properly

Question

Hello,

I am having a problem with my sleep button when ever I turn it to sleep it works fine but when I wake it up from sleep it shows me a blank screen and then restarts again and then start the pc as I turned the whole PC off. I tried a lot of things but noting seems to work. I have also noticed that when I disable CSM it gets enabled and the Safeboot is set to custom. Tried resetting the whole Pc fully Cleaned.

I am having this problem from more than 1.5 years. But someone told me it could be your graphics card driver, i thought it is because its an old GPU but now I bought a new RTX 4070 and still have the same problem

Hello Schan,

I went to the control panel but there is no option such as fast startup and my pc turns off everyday and there are no function that leave a bad mark on the restart it about the sleep not working.

GO to colrtrol panel and From there, Power to layout remove the fast startup setting and after its approval, restart your device.
That setting is selected.Test

You might have some open function that you might not understand/or don't care about and it leaves a bad mark on the restart, so I suggest that you find out for yourself why/how and how quickly you need the device up.
