    Hi Karim Ihab Sadek,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

The enabling of device encryption relies on the OEM-supplied hardware to fulfill the encryption conditions.

If your device has ever had device encryption enabled, it indicates that device encryption should be available at the hardware level.

For the original poster, he would need to make the device encryption option available again by re-enabling the BIOS configuration associated with the device.
