I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with Windows not loading properly and receiving a bluescreen error. Please try the following steps and see if that helps
- Power drain the computer
Hold down the power button for about 30 seconds until your computer shuts down forcefully. Once it's off, wait for a few seconds and then try to turn it on again.
- Start the computer in safe mode
Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
Press the power button again to turn on your device.
On the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices show the manufacturer’s logo when restarting) hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
Press the power button again to turn on your device.
When Windows restarts, hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
Press the power button again to turn on your device.
Allow your device to fully restart. You will enter winRE.
On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
After your device restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select option 5 from the list or press F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

Once entered into the safe mode, please try to update all the drivers and restart the computer to see if that normally boots Windows.
If the issue persists please try the following,
In the WinRE window,
Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> System Restore.
Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Reset the computer.
