Hi, For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this: What is your remote (target) computer OS version? And kindly check whether the group policy below has been enabled on your remote computer. “Allow Audio and Video Playback Redirection” and “Allow audio recording redirection” are enabled: Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Remote Desktop Services/Remote Desktop Session Host/Device and Resource redirection ![99324-annotation-2021-05-21-102435.png][1] In the Devices & Audio tab, check the boxes to choose the corresponding devices that are to be used in the remote session. Clicking the Play Sound field reveals a drop-down menu with three options: Never, the default "On this computer," and "On the remote PC." ![99294-microsoft-remote-desktop-17.png][2] Moreover, is it possible provide a screenshot and attach a description, which will help us to troubleshoot. Please make sure that the pictures you post do not contain your company and your private information (including but not limited to domain name, public IP, email account, domain account, etc.). These private information must be altered. If the answer is helpful, please click "Accept Answer" and upvote it. Best Regards.
