Hi
My PC rebooted out of the blue and I noted Error ID 1001 in the Event Viewer. The main tab read: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000154 (0xffff810110324000, 0xffffdb8fbd1264c0, 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:WindowsMinidump120423-4406-01.dmp. Report Id: c46f64d7-04b2-47e1-80db-3c7ee0550d31"

It's the first time that this appeared. I have my pc for like.. 4 days now.

Hi, thanks for replying, in this case, we actually need to reinstall the AMD Graphics driver, kindly follow the steps below:

The process will remove all GPU entries and replace it into a compatible one:

Step 1. Completely uninstall the AMD GPU Driver using the steps from this link:

    https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601

Step 2. Reinstall the AMD Graphics driver using the steps from the link below:

Install AMD Radeon and automatically detect the AMD driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/rs-install

Have reinstalled the AMD gpu driver, but problem still occur. When i play a game, it works normal for some time, then randomly it shuts down and kicks me to the desktop. Sometime it's 3 hours, sometime 10-30 minutes. I don't know what to do, but it's getting irritating. It's brandly new pc, and the problem occurs straight from the start...

Hi, i have done the thing you told me to do. Here is the link for system logs:

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dyrKOQKHvGpFtppSAbEgTbYoo07N_Dhh/view?usp=sharing

I'm gonna add that for now it was only one time event.

I have also tried making memtest, but while using USB I've got information that "proper boot device not detected, use proper device and press any key"

I have not changed anything in bios, so I do not have to be scared that something will change?

(I'm quite scared sometime when I do something in bios and think that I can mess up, so sorry if I'm gonna ask some more, maybe even dumb questions)

Hi, thank you so much for replying, can you further check if you have more dump files on the PC? As per checking the Minidump files, it is only displaying general errors, in addition, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

To do this kindly follow the steps from this link:

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, and just to confirm can you still use the affected device? if so, we need to analyze the error, can you please check if you have minidump files on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location like Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using and please share the shareable link here.

To upload and share the link using One Drive:

Go to this link: https://onedrive.live.com/ then upload the file.

Then provide the shareable link by following the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/shar...

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard
