DeepLink with current item ID to a spcific screen in powerapp

I have a canvas power app with sharepoint list datasource. when an item updated or changed ,upon pressing the submit button I want to send an email with the link to view that particular item details screen in powerapps using MS flow.

PS - My item detail screen is not default home screen.
