When laptop starts booting the win 7 logo appears then the screen switches on bsod at one milisecond then the system recovery and start windows normally appears.
As usual the recovery option doesn't do anything so i tried using win 7 installation and i used cmd to fix mbr and bcd. Then that also didn't fix anything because there is no path there is nothing on hdd.But that's not the issue here because there would be message no boot device.
I tried plugging other hdd with win 7 installed already.
I successfully ran commands for rebuilding mbr and bcd but it was unlucky it didn't work either
The only difference in new hdd it has more option like run in safe mode with cmd but it doesn't work
I don't think that its hdd problem they are tested and work 100% because in bios it is detected and cmos is working properly so what could be issue i would be grateful.
If that other Windows 7 hard drive came from a different computer, the wrong drivers are now installed to work correctly on that one.
You can test the maybe failed hard drive:
Test the Hard Drive.
Go to your Computer Manufacturer's website > look for your Computer's specifications > find out brand of Hard Drive > go to Hard Drive Manufacturer's website > find and download Hard Drive Diagnostic software and make a Bootable disk from it on the Computer you are using to get here, following their instructions > test your Hard Drive to see if it has failed.
And you can also use this Method to test your Hard Drive:

If the Hard Drive tests OK, you may have other failed hardware.
If it gets to that stage I suggest that you get ithe computer hardware tested professionally.
