Hi! When I try to use my computer, my pc says bit locker key needed, but whenever I go to the website to find the key, it gives me an error with an orange melting popsicle. I tryee resetting it and deleting all of my files, but it says error and won’t let me reset my pc. How can I get my pc back so I can log in?

Hi, I'm Elise, a fellow user like yourself and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

You would need to reinstall Windows rather than reset it.

To create installation media for this, please follow these instructions on a different PC:

Once you have created the USB installer disk, you can use this to boot onto and reinstall Windows.
