When starting the computer, I am brought to one of three screens, without any pattern I can discern. It is either a blue screen that prompts a restart, a blue troubleshooting screen, or a screen titled “Aptio Setup Utility” with lots of options. I have tried many things, but no solution.

It is a Stgaubron computer with windows 10 installed. It’s only been in use about a week. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi, Jim Jimmagin

    Welcome to the MicroSoft Community.

Aptio Setup Utility is a UEFI-based BIOS access application from Ammann Technology (AMI). The appearance of Aptio Setup Utility after the computer is turned on may be caused by the fact that the settings in the BIOS do not match the real hardware data. Here are some possible solutions:

    1. If the computer doesn't have a floppy drive or the floppy drive is broken, but the BIOS is set to have a floppy drive, you have to press F1 to continue when you turn on the computer. The solution is to restart the computer and enter the BIOS setup to set the floppy drive to NONE.
    2. If you have installed two hard disks and set them as dual hard disks in BIOS, and then you did not change the BIOS settings back when you removed one of them. The solution is to restart the computer, enter the BIOS settings to change the dual hard disk to a single hard disk.
    3. If the motherboard battery is dead, it can also cause data loss and this failure, just change the battery.
    4. In the BIOS interface, press F9 to restore, enter; press F10 to save, enter, the computer will automatically restart, restore BIOS defaults completed.
    5. After restarting in the boot, the last option hard drive bbs prioritles point into the first choice U hard or your hard disk startup items in the first after the f10 save exit. The above are some possible solutions, the specific circumstances may need to be adjusted according to your computer configuration. If the above operations do not solve the problem, it is recommended to send the computer for repair or contact the computer manufacturer for after-sales service. If there is anything not clear or I can't understand your problem, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards
