I'm having the same issue too. I finished building this computer just after the release of the rtx 4080 super. It didn't seem to have this problem until mid-June so it makes sense why that older driver 555.85 might work. It's bizarre and frustrating because it's not really a reproducible issue. It doesn't seem to happen when I put it under any kind of load and it's just random. Initially, I thought it might be only happening on them or demanding games but it started happening even when I was just watching youtube videos or doing nothing. It seemed like at one point it was starting to do it more often(Once or twice a day). But then I reseated gpu power cable and I thought it fixed it because it went 10 days without the black screen then it started up again. I will try the clean install of that older driver.

2024-07-16T03:36:39+00:00 Hey! So I've recently bought and have had a 4080 super for about a couple weeks now it has started to crash on me. I've done just about every single trouble shoot you can imagine and I can say with 100% full certainty that it is my GPU crashing and causing my screen to go black. I see you said that buying a new 12 volt power PSU cable fixed your issue. Would you recommend I obtain the same one as well? If so I'll come back with an update regarding the crashes with the new cable installed. (If anyone else also has had this issue occur to your graphics card and getting a new 12 volt cable fixed it, I'd appreciate if you'd let me know in a reply)
Thank you!

2024-07-13T04:28:27+00:00 Hi, I think I am having this issue too. This is going to sound redundant, but can you confirm we have the same problem?
My monitors will sometimes cut to a “no signal” screen randomly while using the PC. The audio continues, fan speed picks up, and then I can’t fix it without a hard reset. However, when it happens once, it happens a lot more often for a bit following that. I had a gap of a month with no issues.
If this is the same problem, is this cable still working as a fix? Did you have a corsair PSU that you paired it with, or can you use it with other PSUs?
Thanks in advance.

2024-06-18T01:17:48+00:00 The new power cord fixed my issue as well. I thought having a 4080 and 3080 in the same box was too much for it but it was the power cable.
