Bluetooth Problems on new device

Question

I everyone, i recently bought a slate pc, however i am having problems connecting bluetooth devices to it like keyboards and other devices (mx keys keyboard, mx master 3 mouse and bluetooth audio devices).

altough it says KUU Andes II it is also called KUU Lebook II

i have tried unistalling the drivers and re-install but no luck, any ideas?

i'va already contacted the manufacturer them and they sent me a link with all the drivers:

LEBOOK OS 20211011 – Google Drive

however i tried to installed them all but still no luck.

I cannot find any information about your device anywhere, can you please provide a link to the support page for your system on the manufacturers website.

I need some more information about your system, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

You update drivers only from that PC maker, and no other source, there should be a shortcut on your system to that makers update utility.

In win update settings ensure "Get latest Updates" is turned off
