Yes, I am able to change the direction through the software, but the problem still persists. So, I am thinking it looks like a hardware problem. You have another suggestion on how to solve my problem?
Mousewheel has a problem
Dear Mr/Mrs,
About one and a half year ago I became your Wireless 900 Desktop set. I works good, but since some time the scrollwheele of the mouse is not working good anymore. When I try to scroll down, it tries to scroll up and opposite the same. So works not fine when surfing the internet or when working in large Word documents. The rest of the mouse and the set (included keyboard) works still great.
I think I have no guarantee anymore, but I'm sad I can no longer use my mouse normally. It's a sin to throw the whole set away. What to do about this? Hope to hear from you. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Landon Boonstra

So, were you able to change wheel direction using the Software?
I wonder if it is a hardware fault
