    Regarding to your information I assume that you have some issues when you copy your file from your Phone.

    What type of mobile system are you using? iOS or Android? This looks like a disconnection during the transfer of a large file, and

    this issue is typically caused by hardware problems.

    If possible, please try using a different cable and port. If you're using an Android phone, please check if USB debugging mode is

    enabled (this can be found in the Developer options, and how to enable Developer options depends on the specific model of your phone;

    you can inquire with your phone's manufacturer).
