Regarding to your information I assume that you can't use your Wifi in the Windows system.
Based on your description, it seems that your WiFi functions normally on a Linux system but not on Windows,
which likely indicates a driver issue.
However, some users have reported that releasing the static electricity from the computer itself may also solve this problem.
Therefore, you can first try disconnecting all power sources and peripherals from your computer, then press the power button for
one minute before restarting the system.
If this doesn't work, you can try completely removing the driver using the tool provided by Intel and then reinstalling it.
Additionally, performing an In-Place Upgrade to ensure that the issue is not caused by corrupted system files is also a worthwhile
troubleshooting step.
