Problem in Viewing Certificate

Hello Team,
I have cleared AZ- 400 exam on 29 Apr 2021. I have not received the certificate yet.
Empty page is showing while clicking 99341-certificate-error.pngView Certificate. Please help me to get the Certificate.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard

    and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    Still unable to resolve this issue and certificate page is still empty.
    Certificate is needed urgently. Please resolve this issue or send certificate through email immediately.
