Right click your Start button and open Disk Management
Expand the bottom pane in Disk Management so all drives are visible in there.
Please provide a screenshot of that window.
How to see the pendrive in normal windows after installing the Tail os?

Hi everyone,
I also installed the Tail OS on my pen drive. I booted my laptop with that and it is working properly but one issue is that now it is not showing in the normal Windows file explorer after I boot with the main Windows OS. So, what can I do to see it, I normally use it as a pen drive or delete the Tail from it.
Can anyone help me with this?
