Concerning file directory

I pressed my windows key and i saw "Capture0" in recommended. I opened the file location and its a screenshot from a while ago of my two monitors I do not recall taking. I do not know what I possibly could've downloaded or clicked on but I don't think I have any malware on my machine. It's directory is C:\Users\Beasi\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsFeedbackHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState{cbaad9af-65cc-4718-b959-d8bb51846831}. Any help is appreciated.

Nope, never. I figured out my issue. When I press windows + f, it opens feedback hub with a screenshot of both monitors.

I am glad you have found the cause of that screenshot being taken, it is standard when the Feedback Hub is opened.

Did you ever report a problem with Windows on your PC to the Windows developers using the Feedback Hub app in Windows?
