D drive disappeared

My Drive D on Alienware M15 laptop suddenly disappeared. It disappears every night and comes back itself the next day. But after 2 days it disappeared permanently and hasn't appeared back since the last 4 days. It all started when my drive C became full, and then the laptop restarted on its own and showed "scanning and repairing drive C." After this, my D drive started to disappear. I've tried everything I found on the internet, including rescaning disks in disk management, freeing storage in drive C, checking in BIOS, renaming the drive, and everything else. But still, the issue isn't solved. What am I supposed to do now? I have my very important data in that D drive, and this problem is affecting my work. Someone, please help me. Also, I've got Windows 11 on my laptop, and the laptop wasn't able to download any more further updates since 3 months, but I guess that was because of no storage left in drive C.

    Hi , Yaman

Did you add another HDD drive to your laptop after purchasing it or never put it in?

    Hi , Yaman

I'm sorry, I wrote it wrong. I wanted to say, if possible, can you post a screenshot of your Windows disk management.

Hey Ivan, thanks for helping me..

Also, someone suggested that I check it once in BIOS, that's why I did it.

I'm not able to see the screenshot here. Can you post it again.

    Hi , Yaman

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

Okay, I managed to post the model of the M15 Alienware and access disk manager and take a screenshot and post it here.

When did Access Bios manage to identify the other HD besides the main one?
