tried dism, sfc, get help, troubleshooter, restarted the service nothing worked please help if possible. thanks

    Cancel the Setup and re-run it. In the initial screen, click “Change how Setup downloads updates”, and click "Not right now".

    That might help.

    Any reason why you don't want an ISO file on your computer?

    Fixing the error 0x800f081f (CBS_E_SOURCE_MISSING) manually can be complicated. A repair install is your easiest fix.

    Any other solution for fixing the problem cuz i dont want an iso file on my computer lol. Been fed up off this for 5 days bruh, Thanks.

    No need to Reset the PC. You can repair Windows 11 using the Media Creation Tool or ISO. That should take care of the CBS errors like 0x800f081f.
