Any reason why you don't want an ISO file on your computer?
Fixing the error 0x800f081f (CBS_E_SOURCE_MISSING) manually can be complicated. A repair install is your easiest fix.

No need to Reset the PC. You can repair Windows 11 using the Media Creation Tool or ISO. That should take care of the CBS errors like 0x800f081f.
