An error occurred while processing the data in the dataset

Hi,

I encountered this when loading my dashboard. I received this email notification and says below as well.

Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.
The scheduled refresh is cancelled because a new refresh is detected on the same database.

I tried again after some time the same issue. May I know what would be the solution?

We are also encountering the same issue.
By any chance did you get a solution for this.

Hi Saurav,

Didn't managed get a solution for this but got to know it is very likely it was just a transient issue with internet connectivity which and it could be due to internal or external network to public internet.
