If you cannot connect that drive up to some other PC so I can see the partitions on the drive to work out if Windows was installed in Legacy or UEFI BIOS modes, you may need to clean install Windows on the drive.
Stuck in endless bios loop
Hi people, so I recently just built my new computer. I am using an old hard drive and gpu. Whenever I turn on the pc it takes me to bios and then I do not get a “bootable” device in the bios. If I save and exit I’m stuck in an endless loop of constantly being taken back to the bios. I don’t know how to fix it if anyone could help em out it would be great. Thank you!!

So the issue with that is my old computer wouldn’t turn on at all one night, So I decided to build a whole new one and I can’t be able to get the old computer to boot up. I was hoping there would be another way other than having to rely on the old computer.

It depends on how Windows was installed on the old PC, if Windows was installed in Legacy BIOS mode on the old PC and the new PC is in UEFI BIOS Mode, then that drive will not boot up.
Can you connect the drive up to the old PC boot up from it, then open Disk Management and please provide a screenshot showing the partitions on that drive?
