why Microsoft account security code did not work on computer

Question

I use security code but unfortunately twice it showed wrong code though code was correct. In third attempt I tried text code on cell phone but did not receive therefore, again I tried by security and it worked.

Nothing changed here, computer is same, my log in method is same even I am same.

I wonder why all these problems?

Is there anyone who could enlighten me.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble signing in to your PC. To make sure I'd be sharing helpful advice, do you mean you can't sign in to your PC even if your password is correct or enter the correct security code? O you forgot your password and you are trying to reset it from the sign-in screen?

well, when it comes to : Entering codes is a tricky

task man. Sometimes you've to typed twice

and faster, otherwise the timeout

is on the way.

Also, something to keep in mind. When entering security

codes in online purchases, log in to bank accounts,.Etc

           is advisable to use a PC on-screen keyboard

does, better job and less risky, with keystrokers
