AltGr doesn't work properly

I have an asus laptop and on latvian language(QWERTY) pack I can't write some of the letters. (For example AltGr + l (L)) I assume it is happening because Alt+Ctrl+l combination is used somewhere else, but I can't find any way to edit existing keyboard shortcuts.

So the question is: How do I write these letters or how do I edit all of my keyboard shortcuts so I don't have any conflicts?

    Thanks for your feedback, According to my understanding, you want to be able to manage Windows shortcuts and avoid key conflicts.

    I think we have a tool called powertools that can effectively implement your idea. What we need to use here is Keyboard Manager utility.
