    Hi,

Sorry to hear about that. Did you try it with another computer to test whether the same issue appears?

    Hi,

I've found a thread similar to this issue and what worked for some users is switching the default configuration of your phone's APN from IPv6 to IPv4. Please check this link.

I finally got it to work by just repeating the steps I previously mentioned, but I can't play games for example on steam it just says I have no connection even though I have connection on my web browser and I'm able to watch videos/look things up.

Hello! I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Do you have the Wi-Fi on in your mobile device? If so, please try disabling the Wi-Fi and check if it helps. If the problem persists, try using a different USB port and see if it resolves the issue. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.

    Best Regards!

    Jen :)
