    Respected Madam,

A blue rectangle appears whenever I started my machine when snipping tool is not working. In the rectangle It was written that "Your Windows License will be expire soon you need to activate windows in settings". When I go to settings>Activation find this (Screenshot attached).

I used cmd as administrator and gave the command "wimc path SoftwareLicensingService OA3xoriginalProductKey" and try to change the Product Key but the the Key found is not accepted by windows.

Thank you for the screenshot. Your Windows license status is "licensed". Everything looks normal there for me. Do you mind sharing a screenshot where you saw this indication of temporary activation? Any chance you might be referring to your Office 365 apps instead? Temporary is typically not a term to describe Windows activation, not to mention your Windows activation looks completely normal in that screenshot. I would like to review this indication you saw to make sure there's no misunderstanding here.
