I have multiple organisations in my azure portal.Recently I messed up with multiple accounts & my MFA of admin account got mistakenly deleted for one of my organisation. Now when switching to the organisation It asked me to authenticate through authenticator. All my non admin user are able to login to that tenant. Is there any way to get back the organisation access .

Have you tried re-adding the account you accidentally deleted back into your MS Authenticator app? If so, are you having issues with that as well?

@JamesTran-MSFT yes, I can't re Add MFA . There's is no option to reset password or MFA

Can you try going to aka.ms/mfasetup to select another form of MFA besides using the Authenticator app. This way you can at least get back into your account and then re-add your account to the MS Authenticator app at a later point. Additionally, when you try to sign into your account, can you select phone authentication to receive a phone call rather than have a code sent to your MS authenticator app?

I've tried to this.I can only re-ad MFA for my default Tenant .
I want to explain the scenario in much details.
I have multiple Tenants(organizations) in my Azure portal let say (A default Organization, B ,C ,...). I have MFA enabled on
all the orgainzations. Now the scenario is I can't access to organization B and can't re add MFA. whenever I switches to
organization B , the MFA authentication shows up for Azure Portal & myaccount portal thus I am unable to re add MFA
