Command prompt startup issue

Hi! I have this problem for a while now. When starting or restarting my PC (Win 11 OS), I keep encountering this issue wherein cmd keeps popping up and saying, "Windows cannot find '--minimized'. Make sure you've typed the name correctly, then try again."

I keep looking for solutions online, but there's no fix. Please see the screenshot...

    Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.

    1. Please try to scan your computer for any virus or malware.

    Please try to scan your system using Microsoft Safety Scanner or the free edition of Malwarebytes.

    1. Open Task Manager

    Select Startup apps

    Find and select Command Prompt related entries

    Right click it then select Disable

    1. Perform a Clean Boot

    Determine if a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

    Press Start then search and type: msconfig

    Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.

    Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"

    Click Disable all.

    Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.
