distorted audio

When i play sound off of serato dj pro out my laptop it is extremely distorted. if i record audio and play it back it is very distorted. I have tried so many different ways to fix it but havent been able to find a solution and i cannot find anything online to fix it!

    I am sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue. When did this issue started happening? When was the last time it was working fine for you? Did you change anything on your computer like hardware or software prior to this issue? Does this happen only when you play the sound off of Serato DJ Pro or the other ways too? If it is only happenning via Serato DJ Pro, please consider uninstalling and reinstalling it to check if this resolves the issue.
